大孔树脂吸附分离海芦笋中黄酮类化合物工艺

摘    要:比较研究D101 型和AB-8 型两种大孔吸附树脂对海芦笋中黄酮类化合物的静态吸附与解吸性能,筛选出AB-8 型大孔吸附树脂用于分离纯化海芦笋中的黄酮类化合物。以对黄酮的吸附和洗脱性能为考察指标,确定AB-8型大孔树脂分离纯化海芦笋黄酮的最佳工艺条件为进样质量浓度0.5mg/mL、pH6、进样速率1mL/min 进行吸附;用75% 乙醇溶液、2mL/min 洗脱速率进行洗脱,洗脱率达到85.25%。本工艺操作简单、分离效果良好、易工业化生产,适于海芦笋中黄酮的分离纯化。
