摘    要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱同时测定饮料中5种人工合成色素(柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝)的检测方法。方法:样品采用聚酰胺吸附法提取色素,通过Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18反相色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵缓冲溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,于254nm和629nm波长处检测。结果:5种人工合成色素在5.5min内完成分离,3~80mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r>0.9995),检出限为0.03~0.10mg/L,平均回收率为97.4%~107.3%,RSD为0.22%~3.20%。结论:该方法简便、快速、分离效果好、灵敏度高,适用于饮料中人工合成色素的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the determination of five synthetic pigments such as tatrazine,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow and brilliant blue in beverage.
