抚触联合全肠外营养对早产儿营养状态及免疫状态的影响研究

目的:研究及分析抚触联合全肠外营养对早产儿营养状态及免疫状态的影响状态.方法:将2014年4月~2015年11月期间收治的76例早产儿遵照随机的原则分为两组,对照组的38例早产儿进行常规干预,观察组的38例早产儿则在此基础上加用抚触联合全肠外营养,然后将两组早产儿干预前和干预后不同时间的营养状态相关指标、细胞免疫及红细胞免疫指标进行比较.结果:干预前两组早产儿的营养状态相关指标、细胞免疫及红细胞免疫指标均无明显差异,而干预后不同时间观察组早产儿的营养状态相关指标、细胞免疫及红细胞免疫指标均改善更为明显,其检测结果均好于对照组早产儿.结论:抚触联合全肠外营养可更为有效地改善早产儿的营养状态及免疫状态,对早产儿综合状态的改善作用突出.

Study on the influence of touch combined with total parenteral nutrition for the nutritional status and immune status of premature babies

Objective To study and analyze the influence status of touch combined with total parenteral nutrition for the nutritional status and immune status of premature babies. Methods 76 premature babies during April 2014 to November 2015 were divided into two groups by the principle of random, 38 premature babies in control group were treated with routine inter-vention, 38 premature babies in observation group were treated with touch combined with total parenteral nutrition on the basic treatment, then the nutritional status related indexes, cellular immune and erythrocyte immune indexes of premature babies in two groups before the intervention and at different time after the intervention were compared. Results The nutritional status related indexes, cellular immune and erythrocyte immune indexes of premature babies in two groups before the intervention all had no obvious differences, while the nutritional status related indexes, cellular immune and erythrocyte immune indexes of premature babies in observation group at different time after the intervention were obviously improved, and the detection results were all better than those of premature babies in control group. Conclusion The touch combined with total parenteral nutrition can more effectively improve the nutritional status and immune status of premature babies, so its improvement role for the com-prehensive state of premature babies is prominent.
