列车车轴温度无线监测系统设计

摘    要:火车运输时因车轴温度升高而产生热切轴现象,直接导致火车发生故障翻车,造成巨大经济损失;针对货运列车的轴温故障问题,设计了对列车故障轴温度进行实时监测的车轴无线实时监测系统;本系统基于热电阻PT100、电桥式温度传感器、ATmega16L单片机、RF905无线射频模块等,采用功能强大的ATMEGA48芯片进行电源控制。本系统温度输出误差不超过±0.5℃,通信距离达到不少于2km的要求,具有效率高,实时性好,精度高等特点,已成功应用于某轴温型测试系统当中。

Abstract:The heat cutting-axle fracture phenomenon is caused by temperature rise in rail transport,which direct result in the turning over of the train and giant economy loss.To solve the problem of the axle high temperature of freight train,the paper has designed a real-time wireless breakdown axle temperature detection system.The system based on heat resistance PT100,bridge temperature sensor,ATmega16L,RF905 radio frequency module,and adopted strong functional chip-ATMEGA48 to control power system.Output temperature of the system is less than ± 0.5 ℃,Communication distance achieves the requirement of not less than 2km.The system has high efficiency,real time,high precision,has been successfully applied in a test system.
