基于单片机的实验环境参数记录仪的设计

摘    要:针对高精度的存储测试系统中很少利用实时记录的实验环境参数对其进行校准,文章设计了一种利用MSP430FG4618单片机采集与实时显示实验环境参数如温度、湿度、大气压、风速及风向的超低功耗实验环境记录仪;详细介绍了记录仪的电路结构和工作原理,对温度、湿度、大气压、风速及风向等多通道数据进行通道选择、数据采集、数据处理以及液晶显示;该方案设计的记录仪功耗情况比较理想,在上电初始化进入低功耗模式时,系统电流不超过25μA。测试结果可为高精度存储测试系统数据校准提供依据,并对提高监测系统便携性、降低成本和功耗,有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:According to the situation of lack of calibrating the storage test system using real-time recording parameters,this paper designs a experimental environment recorder based on MSP430FG4618 Microcontroller to collect and display the environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure,wind speed and direction.Details of the recorder circuit structure and working principle,and also describes multi-channel data such as the temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure,wind speed and direction for channel selection,data collection,data processing and liquid crystal display.The situation of the recorder’s power consumption is ideal,when it comes into low power consumption mode,the current system is no more than 25 μA.This solution for the recorder is also useful to data calibration in high-precision storage test system designing which will be more portable,lower cost and energy consumption.
