博弈论在工程项目质量管理中的应用

摘    要:施工阶段质量控制是工程项目管理的一个重要方面,监理单位与承包商之间的监督与被监督行为策略,直接影响双方收益和质量监督管理效益。文章应用博弈论中的完全信息静态博弈对工程项目质量控制进行了定量分析,得到了混合战略纳什均衡点.得出加大惩罚力度可以有效控制工程质量的结论。

Abstract:Quality control is important to the management of engineering projects during the construction period.Action tactics of supervisor and contractors directly influence their profits and benefits of construction quality management.In this paper,the theory of complete information static game is applied to the quantitative analysis of quality control of engineering projects.The mixed strategy Nash equilibrium point is obtained.It is concluded that strengthening punishment can effectively enhance engineering control quality.
