| 摘 要： | 分析了我国住宅计量供热的特点。从供热系统的技术性、经济性、美观性以及热计量的技术性、经济性对能实现热计量、温控的双管闭环系统和单管垂直跨越式系统进行比较,单管垂直跨越式系统的综合性能更优。对新建供热住宅,应等同推行双管闭环系统和单管垂直跨越式系统。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of metered heat-supply of residential buildings in China are analyzed.The two-pipe closed loop system and one-pipe vertical cross-over system with heat metering and temperature control are compared in respect to technology,economy and artistry of heat-supply system as well as technology and economy of heat metering.The one-pipe vertical crossing system has better comprehensive performance.For newly constructed heated residual buildings,the two heat-supply systems should be applied equally. |
