电针天枢等腹部腧穴对单纯性肥胖大鼠血脂及血清脂联素的影响

目的:观察电针天枢等腹部腧穴对单纯性肥胖大鼠降脂效应的影响。方法:健康清洁级SD大鼠100只随机抽出10只作为正常组,普通饲料喂养,余90只用自制高脂饲料喂养,8 w后选造模成功的30只随机分为模型组、电针1组(天枢、中脘、关元、大横穴)、电针2组(后三里、三阴交、中脘、关元穴)。治疗20 d后,观察大鼠体质量、肾周脂肪质量、附睾周脂肪质量、血脂、脂联素含量、肾周脂肪细胞直径的变化。结果:电针治疗后大鼠体质量、肾周脂肪和附睾周脂肪质量、TG、CHO、LDL-C含量,肾周脂肪细胞直径均降低,HDL-C、脂联素含量升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。上述指标电针1组与电针2组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:针刺天枢等腹部腧穴对单纯性肥胖大鼠有一定降脂效应。

Effects of electroacupuncture at abdominal points such as Tianshu on the blood lipids and serum adiponectin of rats with simple obesity

Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture at abdominal points（such as Tianshu）on rats with simple obesity.Methods：100 male SD rats of clean grade were randomly selected as the normal control group which was fed with normal diet, while other 90 rats were fed with high-fat diet. Eight weeks later, 30 successful model rats were randomly di- vided into 3 groups with 10 rats in each group：the model group,electroacupuncture 1st group（Tianshu,Zhongwan,Guanyuan, Daheng）, electroac upuncture 2na group （ Hou sanli. Sanyinj iao, Zhongwan, Guanyuan ）. Rat＇ s body weight, weight of perirenal fat and epididymal fat, contents of blood lipid and adiponectin,diameter of perirenal fat cells were detected after 20 days treatment. Results：Compared with the model group,rat＇s body weight,the weight of pefirenal fat and epididymal fat,con- tents of TG,CHO, LDL-C, diameter of fat cells were decreased statistically （P〈0.01）,contents of HDL-C and adiponeetin were increased statistically（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）in electroacupuncture 1st group and 2nd group. Conclusion ：The electroacupunc- ture at abdominal points such as Tianshu has certain lipid-lowing effect on simple obesity rats.
