雅砻江流域水电开发中的关键技术问题及研究进展

摘    要:雅砻江流域规划21座梯级水电站,总装机规模约3000万kW,在中国十三大水电基地中名列第三。在2020年前,雅砻江上将建成一系列世界级工程,包括世界最高混凝土双曲拱坝、300m高土石坝及世界最大规模水工隧洞群等。在雅砻江水电开发的过程中,将面临水力学、岩石力学、工程地质、高坝设计、建筑材料、流域梯级水电站建设运行管理等诸多世界水电科技前沿的技术难题。本文拟对雅砻江流域水电开发中的关键技术问题和主要研究进展进行分析,并对下一步研究对策提出建议。

Abstract:Twenty-one cascade hydropower stations are planned along the Yalong River,with a total installed capacity of 30,000 MW,which is the third largest in the thirteen hydropower bases in China.Before the year of 2020,a number of world-class large hydropower projects will be constructed,which include the highest concrete double-curvature arch dam,the largest hydraulic tunnel complex in the world,and a 300m high earth-rock dam etc.During the hydropower development of Yalong River,a lot of key technical issues which are among the frontier of the hydropower technology will be faced in the field of hydraulic,rock mechanics,engineering geology,design of high dams,construction materials,management of river basin cascade development,etc.The key technical issues and their research advance are introduced in this paper,and the suggestions of research strategy in the next stage are given.
