摘    要:作者提出一种以非焦煤和含煤球团为原料,用煤粉化铁炉连续生产铁水的方法。该工艺由煤粉,空气在前炉中旋转燃烧供热,燃烧产生的高温煤气经过火道进入竖炉,逆流预热预还原冷固结含煤球团,预还原后的球团在竖炉下部和火道中熔化,过热并进行终还原,最后流入前炉完成渣—铁分离。在已完成的半工业试验中,冶炼耗煤量为916 kg/t铁水,耗电量为80 kwh/t铁水,生产率为6 t铁水/(m~3·d)。本工艺可发展成一种只用非焦煤和铁精矿粉生产铁水的生产工艺。

Abstract:An ironmaking process which can continuously produce hot metal by using coal-bearing pellets and non-coking coal as raw materials in the cupola in which coal fines is used as fuel only has been suggested by the authors. In the process, heat is supplied by the swirling flow combustion of coal fines and air in a horizontal front furnace and the resultant hot gas goes into a shaft furnace through an arch fire-culvert to preheat and produce the coldbonded coal-beaning pellets. The prereduced pellets are melted, overheated and fully reduced at the arch fire-calvert and the bottom of shaft furnace, then the produced melts flow into the front furnace and the hot metal is separated from slag. Some semi-industrial tests of this ironmafcing process were carried out, in which the consumption of coal and electricity was 916 kg and 80 kW.h per ton hot metal respectively. The recovery ratio of iron was about 92 % and the hot metal productivity was 6 t/(m3d). The process may be developed into a commercial ironmaking process by using both non-coking coal and iron concentrates only.
