摘    要:以二正丙胺、二硫化碳、丙烯酸甲酯等为原料, 采用不饱和烃加成一步法合成出了N, N-二丙基二硫代氨基甲酸丙烯酸甲酯, 得到的优化的工艺条件为:n(二正丙胺):n(二硫化碳):n(丙烯酸甲酯)(摩尔比)=1.1:1:1.1, 反应温度控制在40℃, 反应时间1.5 h条件下合成产率为93.15%以上的N, N-二丙基二硫代氨基甲酸丙烯酸甲酯产品。将其应用于国内某铜矿, 与现场药剂相比较, 铜精矿铜品位提高0.91%, 回收率提高了1.89%。

Preparation and Application of N,N-dipropyl Dithiocarbamic Acid Methyl Acrylate

Abstract:In this paper, N, N-dipropyl dithiocarbamic acid methyl acrylate was synthesized by the addition of unsaturated hydrocarbon with Dipropylamine, carbon disulfide and methyl acrylate as raw materials.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the mixture ratio of dipropylamine, carbon disulfide and methyl acrylate(mol)=1.1:1:1.1, the reaction temperature at about 40℃, and the yield is 93.15% under the reaction conditions of 1.5 h.The yield is over 90%.N, N-dipropyl dithiocarbamate methyl acrylate.Its application to a domestic copper mine, compared with the on-site pharmaceutical, copper concentrate copper grade increased 0.91%, the recovery rate increased by 1.89%.
