| 摘 要： | 篮球比赛中赢球靠防守,赢多赢少靠进攻,只有防守才是取得最后胜利的基本保证.而在攻击性紧逼防守中三分之一是技术、三分之一是智商、三分之一是拼搏精神.只有掌握好防守技术,认知了防守的重要性才是比赛取胜的关键.
