摘    要:转子不平衡是风机的常见故障,其振动信号与故障密切相关。针对其不平衡故障机理,分析了振动信号与故障机理的关系。采用Labview软件对风机运行期间的振动信号进行监测,得到不平衡振动信号的幅值与相位,进行特征参量提取,准确识别判断转子不平衡故障,从而为矿山风机的维修提供科学依据,以达到保障设备安全运行的目的。

Abstract:Rotor imbalance is common fault of fan.Its vibration signals are closed related to fault.Aiming at failure mechanism of rotor imbalance,the relationship between vibrat-ion signal and fault mechanism is analyzed.this paper introduce vibration signal monitoring of fan by Labview software,obtain amplitude and phase of imbalance vibration signal,ex-tract its characteristics parameters and identify and judge exactly rotor imbalance fault,which can provide scientific basis for maintainance of mining fan and ensure the safe running of equipment.
