摘    要:目前在役的非开挖设备的回扩钻头存在着整体结构比例不当、碎土排送空间小、牙型排布等间距、无斜角等一些缺陷。针对这些问题,对钻头的结构尺寸、结构形式、牙型排布等方面进行了理论研究和优化设计,经过现场实际应用,延长了钻头的寿命,设备运行速度得到了提高,非开挖效率有了显著的改进。

Abstract:The reverse expansion drill of trenchless equipment in service has some flaws,such as the improper proportion of the overall structure,the little room of sending hack mud,equal interval arrangement of tooth-type,no bevel and so on.Aiming at these issues,theoretical study and the optimize design about structure size of bit,structure type and tooth arrangement have been fulfilled in the paper.After the actual application,the life of the drill bit extends,and the device operating speed has been improved.The efficiency of trenchless has been a significant improvement.
