生物质与煤混合燃烧过程中灰沉积特性的研究

摘    要:在生物质与煤混合燃烧过程中,生物质中的碱金属和Cl是引起锅炉受热面严重灰沉积的根本原因。通过对灰沉积过程和沉积机理的综合分析,表明碱金属和Cl的析出对灰沉积过程起主要作用;在混燃过程中,不同燃料的灰分之间会发生反应:析出的碱金属氯化物会被SO2硫酸盐化,或与煤中的矿物质发生反应生成高熔点的碱金属硅铝酸盐,从而在一定程度上抑制了锅炉表面的灰沉积。同时探讨了混燃过程中灰沉积特性的影响因素,认为燃料特性、混合比例和燃烧温度对灰沉积特性影响显著。
