有机导电纤维混纺纱的开发

摘    要:介绍了有机导电纤维的性能特点,由于有机导电纤维为毛型短纤维,和棉型涤纶短纤维相比,纤维较粗、较长,在混和前需进行预牵伸,将有机导电纤维拉断,然后在并条机上混和。有机导电纤维在混纺纱中含量很小,不但可消除纺纱过程中的静电缠绕问题,而且可提高织物的导电性能,适宜织制抗静电织物。

Abstract:The property characteristics of organic electroconductive fibre are introduced. The organic electroconductive fibre is wool-type cut fibre, which is thicker and higher than cotton-type polyester staple fibre. It needs pre-draft to abruption fibre before blending. If organic electroconductive fibre is a small proportion in blended yarn, it will not only remove the electrostatic and wind problem in spinning, but also improve fabric electroconductive property. So, this kind of blended yarn is applicable to weaving antistatic fabric.
