| 摘 要： | STEP-NC数控接口标准，其目的是取代旧标准ISO6983。本文研究了STEP-NC数控程序的信息结构及发生或过程，把STEP NC数控程序的建立过程分为零件设计层，特征识别层和工艺规划层，对数控程序中的关键信息进行分析，并提供了ST-machine工具包结合MasterCAM软件产生STEP-NC数控程序刀具轨迹，优化加工参数，进行模拟仿真加工的方法。

| Abstract: | The new NC interface standard--STEP-NC will take the place of the ISO6983 standard. The paper analysis the information construction of STEP-NC programming and explains how to create it. There are 3 parts in constructing the STEP-NC programming, which are part design, feature recognize and process planning. The author also analyzes the important information of the program and creates the STEP-NC cutting track by connecting the ST-machine and MasterCAM , which can optimize the process parameter and stimulate the machining. |
