| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨临床路径在高血压治疗中的应用效果.方法 将172例高血压患者随机分为两组,观察组86例,对照组86例.观察组采用临床路径引入健康教育,根据患者需要进行全程、个性化健康教育.对照组采用传统的降压治疗方法.结果 经干预后观察组的SBP、DBP下降程度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 在高血压治疗中实施临床治疗路径可有效提高疗效,促进疾病的康复.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical pathway in the treatment of hypertension.Methods One hundred and seventy two patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group of 86 cases and control group of 86 cases.The observation group was given clinical path to introduce health education,according to the patient’s need for full,personalized health education.The control group was given the traditional antihypertensive therapy.Results After the intervention,the observation group’s SBP and DBP decreased significantly better than the control group.The dif ference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Using clinical pathway in the treatment of hypertension can effectively improve the curative effect,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease. |
