慢性心力衰竭患者Th17／Treg失衡的研究及其意义

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者外周血Th17／Treg的失衡及意义。方法采用流式细胞分析法，检测71例CHF患者（CHF组）和27例正常对照者（对照组）外周血Th17、CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg细胞比例。结果CHF患者外周血Th17细胞比例显著高于对照组，且心功能NYHA分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级者比例明显高于I-Ⅱ级者。CHF患者外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg细胞比例显著低于对照组，且心功能NYHA分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级者比例明显低于I-Ⅱ级者。结论CHF患者外周血Th17细胞比例增加，CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg细胞比例下降，Th17／Treg失衡可能参与了心力衰竭的发生发展。

The Imbalance between Th17 and CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in patients with chronic heart failure.

Objective To find out the significance of the imbalance between Th17 and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cells （Treg） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） . Methods Peripheral blood were collected from 71 patients with CHF and 27 healthy controls. The proportion of Th17 and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg were detected by flow cytometry. Results The pro-portion of Th17 cells was significantly higher in patients with CHF than that in healthy controls. The proportion of Th17 cells was significantly higher in patients with poor heart function （NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ） than that in patients with better heart function （NYHA I-Ⅱ）.The proportion of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg was significantly lower in patients with CHF than that in healthy controis. The proportion of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg was significantly lower in patients with poor heart function （NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ） than that in patients with better heart function （NYHA I-Ⅱ）. Conclusion The proportion of Th17 cells was increased and that of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg decreased in patients with CHF, suggesting that the imbalance between Th17 and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg may participate in the process of CHF.
