| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床病理特征。方法]对26例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床病理、组织化学和免疫组织化学进行分析并复习相关文献。结果]26例患者中男性15例,女性11例,平均年龄58．5岁。肿瘤位于额叶11例,顶叶8例,颞叶4例,胼胝区2例,小脑蚓部1例。26例患者瘤细胞均表达LCA、CD20或CD79a,但均不表达EBV。结论]原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤有其独特的临床病理特征,熟悉其临床病理特征对避免误诊具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the clinicopathological features of primary central nervous system malignant lymphoma (PCNSL). Methods] 26 cases of PCNSL were investigated by clinicopathological analysis, histochemical and immuno-histochemical stains and review of the literature. Results] Among the 26 cases of PCNSL, there were 15 male and 11 female, with age ranges from 24 ~ 73 years (mean 58. 5 years). The neoplasm was located in lobus frontalis (11 cases), lobus parietalis ( 8 cases), lobus temporalis (4 cases), callosal area (2 cases), Cerebellar vermis (1 case). Im-munohistochemical stain showed positive for LCA, CD20 or CD79a but negative for EBV in tumor cells. Conclusion] PCNSL has a distinct clinicopathological appearance. Recognizing its clinicopathological appearance is important to avoid the confusion with other similar lesions. |
