摘    要:介绍了南方电网500 kW直流融冰装置的研制情况。装置以南方电网直流融冰技术方案为依据,设计、生产了包括整流器和无功补偿器的直流融冰装置。装置的整流器柜和谐波无功补偿柜安装于固定在车辆上的集装箱内。该装置通过了在工厂内整流器的单独试验、整流器和谐波无功补偿器联调试验和低压大电流试验,表明500 kW直流融冰装置技术方案是可行和有效的。

Abstract:The research and development of 500 kW DC de-icer for China Southern Power Grid (CSG) is introduced. Based on the DC de-icing technology in CSG, the de-icer is designed and developed. It consists of a converter and a reactive power compensator which are installed in a steel container fixed on a truck for a convenient transportation purpose. Factory tests are carried out, including separate test of the converter, cooperation tests of converter and harmonic reactive power compensator, and low voltage high current test. The result of tests shows the technology of DC de-icer is feasible and effective.
