基于有限元分析的夹具针杆精度控制

摘    要:以某机电耦合的宝石加工专用装备的夹具针杆为例,建立了宝石加工过程中磨削力的计算公式和夹具针杆的载荷模型,采用有限元法进行受力分析,得出夹具针杆的支撑点对针杆的挠度影响,通过选取适当的支撑点位置来控制宝石加工装备的加工精度,为提高宝石加工专用装备的精度提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:Aiming at controlling machining precision of the CNC machine tool for cutting crystal diamonds, the calculating equation of grinding force and needle bar's force model are presented. The relation between the needle bar supporting point and flexure are obtained by FEA. Finally, an appropriate supporting point is chosen to control the accuracy of the CNC machine tool.
