摘    要:本文结合油田原油脱水工艺过程中各种立式、卧式罐的工艺特点,论述了应用液位、界面系列仪表的特点和应用范围及技术可行性,通过对油田近几年应用的液位、界面仪表结构、原理和技术特点及实际应用进行分析,初步论述了典型仪表比较适合应用于油田生产,及在不同场合的适用性,并探讨了根据测量仪表在罐内液、界面的动态变化,由微机自动确定工况,并按仪表输出值自动优化控制监测对象变化的指导思想。讲述了油田原油脱水处理罐液、界面自动监控系统的组成、控制解耦模型的建立及软件设汁,并给出了控制系统的构成图和软件流程图。

Abstract:The characteristics,the application range and the technique feasibility of liquid level and interface instruments was introduced according to the technical characteristics of various kinds of tanks during the process of oil dehydration. With the analysis of the structure, the principle and the technique characteristics of liquid level and interface instruments applied on Daqing oil field in recent years, the applicability of typical instruments in different situation on the oil field was discussed.The idea was put forward that using computer to control automatically the working condition according to the dynamic changes of the liquid level and the interface in the tanks as well as automatically to optimize the changes of the monitored objects.The components of the liquid level and interface monitoring system used in oil dehydration tanks, the establishment of control model and the software designation were all presented. In addition, the schematic circuit diagrams of the control system structure and the software flow were given too.
