| 摘 要： | 针对目前多种现场总线协议共存的现状，提出了一种基于PROFIBUS总线的全集成自动化方案。分析了PROFIBUS—DP协议与异类现场总线协议转换网关的结构，设计了现场总线协议转换网关、PROFIBUS—DP通信主站和从站。通过现场总线协议转换网关可以将异类现场设备统一集成到PROFIBUS—DP总线网络中，通过总线耦合器可以将PROFIBUS—PA过程自动化设备连接到PROFIBUS—DP总线，利用PROFI—BUS主站对各类现场设备进行统一监控与管理。在该方案中，信息交互直接在设备层实现，硬件设计成本较低，非常适合于中小企业内部的信息集成。

| Abstract: | According to the coexisting of several fieldbuses,a solution of totally integrated automation based on PROFIBUS is provided.The frame of gateway between PROFIBUS-DP and other kinds of fieldbuses is analyzed.And a scheme for fieldbus protocol conversion gateway,DP master and DP slave is designed.The solution is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises as the information exchange is realized at the device layer,and the cost of hardware design is low. |
