下肢静脉疾病顺行造影的X线诊断分析

目的：评价下肢静脉顺行造影在下肢静脉疾病诊断中的作用。材料与方法：作者总结分析41例53侧下肢静脉造影的临床和X钱表现，41例中男性18例，女性23例，年龄9～56岁。结果。下肢静脉逆流性疾病36例，下肢静脉阻塞性疾病26例，静脉瘤样改变6例。结论：下肢静脉顺行造影是诊断下肢静脉疾病的主要方法之一，可为临床诊断提供可靠的影像学依据，对选择治疗方案具有重要意义。

The X-ray Diagnosis of Ascending Venography of Venous Diseases of The Lower Limbs

Purpose: To evaluate the roe of ascending venogrply in diagnosis of venous disease of the lower limbs. Materials and Methods: The authors analysed the clinical and X - ray manifestations of 52 lower extremities (41 cases) with venograms, There were 18 males and 23 Females, The age of the patients ranged from 9 to 56 yders. Results: Venous reflux disease of lower limbs 36 cases, Venous obstructive disease of the lower limbs 26 cases, 6 cases of venous aneurpom. Conclusion: The phlebography of lower extremitywas the main method for the diagnosis. We conclued that ascending venography can provide reliable evidence for clinic diagnosis. ascending venograph play the important roles in the selective scheme of treatment.
