四川地区31家医院938名护士输血相关知识调查分析

目的 了解四川地区护士输血相关知识水平,探索提高护士输血相关知识的对策与措施.方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,从31家医院中随机抽查了938名护士进行问卷调查.运用t检验和方差分析等统计方法分析数据.结果 不同职称的护士对输血相关知识的掌握,其差异有统计学意义(F=4.679,P=0.003);经过一次培训和两次及以上培训的护士对输血相关知识的掌握均好于没有经过培训的护士(F=7.917,P<0.001).结论 医院应该进行有针对性的继续教育,加强护士输血相关知识的培训,更好地为患者服务.

An investigation and analysis on 938 nurses' knowledge related blood transfusion from 31 hospitals in Sichuan province

Objective To comprehend nurses’knowledge of blood transfusion in Sichuan province.Methods We selected 938 nurses from 31 hospitals in the province by randomly sampling and investigate their knowledge of blood transfusion by questionnaire.The results were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA.Results There were significant differences among nurses in different professional titles(F=4.679,P=0.003).Nurses training once and twice more had better knowledge of blood transfusion than nurses nevertraining(F=7.917,P<0.001).Conclusion Hospitals should perform professianl education pertinently and strengthen the training for nurses SO as to make more safe in the blood transfusion.
