| 摘 要： | 对脐橙根际土壤细菌进行分离,得到116个土壤分离物。通过对峙试验筛选,共选出16个细菌分离物对炭疽病病原菌有良好的拮抗效果,并对其进行了初步鉴定。根据分离物的理化性质并结合《常见细菌系统鉴定手册》,将qc38、qc61、qc63、qc68四株菌初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属（bacillus）;将qc8、qc79、qc83三株菌初步鉴定为黄色杆菌属（xanthobacter）;将qc13、qc14、qc30、qc35、qc47、qc87、qc123、qc124、qc129九株菌初步鉴定为假单胞菌属（pseudomonas）。
