| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加快,地下空间蕴含的巨大土地存量价值也日益凸显,许多城市纷纷开始大规模开发利用地下空间资源。在取得一些显著成就的同时,开发的随意、无序,缺乏前瞻性、整体性和协调性等等一些不容忽视的问题也开始暴露出来。城市地下空间是不可再生资源,如何才能高效、有序地开发利用地下空间,已成为城市发展迫在眉睫的课题。本文提出了对城市地下空间资源保护性开发的概念,并对其重要性进行了分析,并结合城市地下空间建设所遇到的实际问题,从五个方面进行论述,提出实现对城市地下空间进行保护性开发的具体措施和方法。
