腔内手术和开放手术在治疗良性前列腺增生中的疗效对比分析

目的：比较腔内手术和开放手术在治疗良洼前列腺增生中的疗效。方法：本文选取了笔者所在医院2011年1月-2012年1月间入院治疗的68例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象，对不同治疗方法的结果进行了比较分析。结果：腔内组和开放组在分别实施不同手术治疗后，两组患者在平均手术时间、术后带管时间、术后住院时间方面组间比较，腔内组均优于开放组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：与开放相比较，腔内手术在治疗良性前列腺增生中的治疗效果较好，是临床上的可靠选择。

The Comparative Analysis of Cavity Surgery and Open Surgery in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective： To compare the efficacy for cavity surgery and open surgery in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method： 68 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were chosen in the article.The different treatment methods were taken for a comparative analysis.Result： After the implementation of the different surgical treatment, the average operative time, postoperative with tube time, postoperative hospital stay for the cavity group and open group were compared, the cavity group was better than the open group, and P〈0.05, there was statistically significant difference.Conclusion： Compared with open palmistry, the treatment effect for cavity surgery in benign prostatic hyperplasia is better, and it is the reliable choice for clinical application.
