| 摘 要： | 介绍几种作为建筑节能主要实现方式的外墙保温技术,分析住宅建筑外墙外保温层在使用过程中的开裂现象,指出裂缝的产生主要是由材料、施工等原因造成,并提出防治的对策,从而保证住宅建筑外墙外保温工程的质量。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces technologies of the external insulation that are used as one of the important building energy - saving measures, and analyzes the cracks in insulation layer of exterior wall during its service period. It points out that the cracks are mainly caused by materials, design and construction. Several measures are proposed to prevent cracks so as to ensure the construction quality of insulation layer. |
