摘    要:在固定床流动反应装置上研究了NiO/Al_2O_3催化剂及其添加La_2O_3对甲烷部分氧化制合成气的影响.主要考察了催化剂的引发温度、催化活性和积炭问题.并利用TPR和XRD技术对这些性能进行了关联.结果表明,焙烧温度升高,NiO与Al_20_3之间作用增强,使引发温度升高.添加La_20_3后削弱了Ni0与Al_2O_3的作用,形成了新相LaNiO_3,有利于引发反应.在NiO/Al_2O_3上添加2%(mass)La_2O_3则具有最佳的催化活性,并在一定程度上增加了催化剂的抗积炭能力.

Abstract:Partial oxidation of methane to syngas has been studied over NiO/Al2O3catalyst promoted with La2O3by using fixed-bed flow reactor. Ignition temperature, catalytic activity and carbon deposition of catalyst were investigated and correlated with TPR and XRD. It is found that the interaction between NiO and Al2O3increases with calcination temperature of catalyst, the stronger interaction, the higher ignition temperature. Addition of La2O3undermines the interaction and forms a new phase of LaNiO3which is advantageous to ignition reaction. NiO/Al2O3catalyst promoted with 2% (mass) La2O3shows the best catalytic activity and strengthens the ability of catalyst to resist against carbon deposition on the surface of catalyst.
