常导磁悬浮车悬浮电磁铁的电磁场分析

摘    要:应用电磁场有限元分析方法对“青城山磁悬浮列车运营示范线”中的悬浮电磁铁的启动点与额定点的工况进行精确的计算,并对结果进行分析、比较。结果表明,电磁铁持续工作电流为35A是合理的;X向电磁力在车体转弯或电磁铁有故障时对车子导向有影响;钢轨的局部饱和区应进行结构优化设计。

Abstract:Accurate calculations are done by way of electromagnetic field finite element analysis on the operating modes at starting point and rated point of suspension magnet for "Qingcheng Mountain Maglev Vehicle Application Demonstration Line". Analysis and comparison results show that 35 A designed value is rational as the continuous working current of the magnet, that electromagnetic force in x direction affects the vehicle guidance during curve negotiation or magnet failure, and that partial saturation region in the rail should be optimized.
