不同性别周期型马来丝虫成虫的同工酶电泳比较分析

摘    要:应用圆盘电泳对我国同一流行区的周期型马来丝虫雄、雌成虫的MDH、GPI、PGM 和 PO 四种酶进行了区带分析和比较。结果显示它们的GPI、PGM 和 PO 同工酶电泳型完全相同;但它们的 MDH 同工酶电泳型不同,即雄虫比雌虫多一条同工酶带。

Abstract:Isoenzyme electrophoretic patterns of malate dehydrogenase (MDH),glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI), phosphoglucomutase (PGM) andperoxidase (PO) of male and female adults of periodic Brugia malayiin the same epidemic area of our country. No difference in isoenzymepatterns of GPI, PGM and PO between the male and female adults. Onthe other hand, their MDH isoenzyme patterns are different, i. e. themale has one more isoenzyme band than the female.
