预见性护理程序在冠心病患者护理中的应用效果

摘    要:目的预见性护理程序在住院冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取自2018年3月—2019年3月于本院接收治疗的冠心病患者120例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别护理后的临床指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床指标均明显优于对照组患者,两组患者之间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组患者,观察组患者并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对住院冠心病患者予以预见性护理程序,能够显著提高临床护理质量及满意度,同时还能够显著降低临床并发症发生率。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of predictive nursing procedure in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and who received treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were divided into theobservation group and the control group according to therandom number table method. Then,the clinical indexesand the incidence of complications of two groups werecompared and analyzed. Results The clinical indexes inthe observation group were significantly better than thosein the control group,and the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The incidenceof complications in the observation group was lower thanthat in the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The predictive nursingprocedure for hospitalized patients with coronary heartdisease can significantly improve the quality and satisfactionof clinical nursing, and can significantly reduce theincidence of clinical complications.
