Mini-CEX与DOPS在妇产科研究生临床能力培养中的应用

摘    要:目的分析迷你临床演练评估体系(mini clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)和操作技能直接观察评估体系(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在妇产科学专业学位研究生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取在西南医科大学附属医院妇科轮转的32名2018级、2019级妇产科专业学位研究生为研究对象,研究时间为2019年9月—2020年6月。每名研究生在妇科轮转期间,均需通过Mini-CEX与DOPS测评体系对其临床能力测评和反馈,测评和反馈每四周进行一次,共进行三次。最后对学生的三次测评成绩通过KruskalWallis检验进行分析比较。结果与第一次测评成绩相比,学生在第二次、第三次Mini-CEX测评时各项目的平均成绩均呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在DOPS测评中,学生在第二次、第三次测评时各项目的平均成绩均较第一次测评明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将Mini-CEX与DOPS评价体系应用于妇产科专业学位研究生临床能力培养过程中有利于提高学生的临床综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To assess the application and its utility of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in the training of professional postgraduate students in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The study was conducted from September 2019 to June 2020.A total of 32 postgraduates majoring in obstetrics and gynecology in the classes of 2018 and 2019 from the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University students were enrolled in the study.During they study in gynecology department,the Mini-CEX and DOPS were used to evaluate their clinical competency.The statistical analysis was conducted by using KruskalWallis test.Results Compared with the results of the first evaluation,the average scores of students in the second and third assessment showed an upward trend,and there was significant difference among the groups(P<0.05).According to the statistical analysis,the scores of the students in both Mini-CEX and DOPS evaluation were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX and DOPS evaluation system were useful tools for clinical competency evaluation and enhancement for professional postgraduate students in obstetrics and gynecology.
