论我国平等权的实现

分析了我国平等权的理念和制度定位,认为应把平等权定位于机会平等,并就如何实现机会平等进行了探讨,指出要实现机会平等,就要排除实现机会平等的障碍,并且要在制度上进行创新,以真正实现机会平等,从而使我国平等权得到充分体现.

On the Realization of the Equal Rights in China

This paper analyzes on the conceptual and institutional orientation of the equal rights in China, holding that the equal rights should be positioned as the opportunity equality, probes into how to realize the opportunity equality, and points out that in order to realize the opportunity equality we must exclude the obstacles for realizing the opportunity equality, and make the system innovation, realizing the true opportunity equality and further realizing fully the equal rights in China.
