随经叩刺合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效研究

目的:观察随经叩刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效.方法:将并发周围神经病变的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组.两组均基础治疗(控制血糖加口服弥可保),观察组另取梅花针随经叩刺并服用补阳还五汤治疗,对照组常规针刺.两周为一疗程,治疗2个疗程,同时观察和比较两组症状体征及神经传导速度的变化.结果:患者的自觉症状、临床体征以及MCV、SCV治疗前后均有不同程度的改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:随经叩刺结合补阳还五汤加味对糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的疗效.

Clinical Curative Effect Research on Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by Acupuncture Therapy with Skin Needles as the Path

Objective:To observe the curative effect of combination acupuncture with skin needles as the path with Buyang Huanwu Decoction to treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:The patients of DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group was treated by acupuncture with skin needles as the path adds Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.Observe and compare the transformation for four weeks and two weeks made up of a course of treatment.Results:The self-conscious symptom,clinical signs and MCV,SCV were all improved in different degree,furthermore the observation group was much better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture with skin needles as the path combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
