盐酸法舒地尔对脑梗死患者的疗效及对血清中IL-6、IL-12和IL-18影响的研究

目的 本实验观察盐酸法舒地尔对脑梗死患者的治疗作用及对血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的影响,以期为临床工作提供理论帮助.方法 选择118例脑梗死患者,依患者的入院顺序分为两组,观察组共59例,在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔治疗,对照组共59例,只应用常规治疗,观察两组治疗前后血清中IL-6、IL-12和IL-18的含量.结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组与对照组治疗后血清中IL-6、IL-12和IL-18的表达均下降,但是观察组患者的下降值明显高于对照组.结论 盐酸法舒地尔对脑梗死有明显的治疗作用,并能有效下调血清中IL-6、IL-12和IL-18的表达,临床效果理想.

The clinical effect observation,IL-6,IL-12 and IL-18 detection in patients with acute cerebral infarction by fasudil hydrochloride

【Objective】To observe the curative effect,IL-6,IL-12 and IL-18 detection in patients with acute cerebral infarction by fasudil hydrochloride,for accumulating clinical experience,directing clinical work.【Methods】118 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups.The routine treatment were applied in the control group,the routine treatment and fasudil hydrochloride were applied in the observation group.The curative effect and the changes of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-18 detection were observed in two groups.【Results】The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The change values of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-18 detection were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group after treatment.【Conclusion】The fasudil hydrochloride can improve the curative effect,regulate the expressions of IL-6,IL-12 and IL-18 in patients with acute cerebral infarction,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
