摘    要:为解决合山公司670 MW机组磨煤机差压料位测量系统测量管路堵管和测量精度不高的问题,对原测量系统进行改造:采用基于深管探针差压测量原理的新型磨煤机差压料位测量装置替换原装置;对取样管路和测量探针进行改造和防护.改造完成后,新的测量系统测量准确,无测量管路堵塞和测量失真等现象,达到提高磨煤机运行安全性和节能降耗的目的.

Abstract:In order to solve problems of t pipe blockage and low nt accuracy of the differential pressure level measurement system of coal pulverizer in 670 MW Unit in Heshan company, the original measurement system is modified, including the replacement of original device by a new type of coal pulverizer differential pressure level measurement device which is based on the deep pipe needle differential pressure measurement principle, and the modification and protection to the sampling pipe and measurement needle. After the modification,the new measurement system has accurate measurement results,and has not measurement pipe blockage and measurement distortion phenomenon, which realize the purposes of improving the operation security of coal pulverizer and energy saving and consumption reduction.
