| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨青春期少女经腹部联合经直肠超声诊断妇科疾病的临床价值。方法:对136例青春期女性患者经腹部超声,经腹部联合经直肠超声诊断妇科疾病,经超声诊断与临床及病理结果进行比较。结果:136例青春期患者经腹部超声诊断符合率76.47%,经腹部和直肠联合超声符合率98.52%,联合超声诊断符合率明显高于经腹部超声。结论:对于青春期少女采用经腹部联合直肠超声能明显提高诊断率。 |

The clinical value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic diseases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic diseases of puberal maidens.Methods:136 puberal maiden patients were detected for gynecologic diseases by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound,then results were compared to clinical and pathological results.Results:The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound was 76.47%,while the coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was 98.52%.The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.Conclusion:For puberal maidens,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy significantly. |
