| 摘 要： | 通过对M42带柄铣刀的金相组织观察及铣刀不同部位的硬度检测,对造成铣刀折断的原因进行了分析和讨论,从而得知铣刀的焊接工艺质量以及在焊缝区形成比容差过大的不良金相组织而造成过大的内应力,是引起M42带柄铣刀焊缝开裂而最终导致铣刀折断的主要原因。
