中国钢化联产发展现状与前景展望

摘    要:中国是一个钢铁生产大国,也是一个油气资源相对不足、煤炭资源相对丰富的国家。基于中国能源结构的实际情况,结合钢铁行业和化工行业的发展现状,讨论了钢铁生产各个工序煤气的发生与使用情况,并对钢铁流程副产煤气合成化工产品的现状与潜力进行了分析,指出了存在的问题。结合分析结果,提出了未来可再生能源廉价制氢发展达到一定阶段,钢铁联合企业可以通过“以氢固碳”实现钢铁生产大规模减少CO2排放的目标,提升其清洁能源转化与高附加值化工产品生产的社会功能。最后,对未来中国钢化联产的发展提出了建议。

Abstract:China is the biggest steel producer, also a country with relatively insufficient oil and gas resources and abundant coal resources. Based on the actual situation of China's energy structure, combined with the development status of steel industry and chemical industry, the by-product coal gas in various sub-processes of ironmaking and steelmaking process was discussed. The present situation and potential of by-product coal gas synthesis chemical products in various processes of ironmaking and steelmaking processes were analyzed. The existing problems were pointed out. Based on the analysis results, it was pointed out that integrated steel mills can achieve the goal of large-scale reduction of carbon dioxide emissions during iron and steel production through "carbon fixation with hydrogen", when the hydrogen production from renewable energy became low-cost in the future. It′s functions of clean energy conversion and high value-added chemical product production should be developed. Suggestions for the future development of China's steel chemical co-production were put forward at last.
