摘    要:众多研究表明森林环境对人身心健康具有积极作用,通过定量研究进一步探究不同森林环境对人体身心健康的影响。以北京地区城市公园及山区的落叶阔叶林和常绿针叶林为样地,选取城市商业广场环境作为对照,测量热、声、光、空气质量等环境指标并进行综合评价,同时测量实验志愿者生理和心理指标变化。结果表明,各类森林环境对人体身心均有积极的效应,体现在心率下降、心率变异性增强、血压下降、血氧浓度提升、血流灌注指数下降、情绪紊乱总值下降等具体指标上。不同类型样地的影响程度有一定差异,环境质量的优化在一定程度上使生理或心理指标呈现优化的趋势。基于研究结果,建议科学选择和应用有利于人群健康水平提升的森林环境,以发挥森林资源的社会效益。

Abstract:Many researches have proved that forest environment benefits people’s Physical and Psychological Health. This research conducted further by quantitative study on deciduous broad-leaf and evergreen coniferous forest sample plots in urban park and mountainous area of Beijing, with control at commercial plaza. By analyzing thermal, acoustic, optical and air-quality index of different environments and voluntary subjects’ physiological and psychological markers, results show that each type of forest environment has positive effect on human’s physical and mental health, reflected in heart rate reducing, heart rate variability increase, blood pressure reducing, blood oxygen level increase, perfusion index decrease and mood disorder decrease. Different sample plots showed difference in degree of effects, and promotion of environment quality indicates optimizing trend in physical and mental indexes. Based on these results, suggestions are made for better use of forest environment improving people’s health to bring social benefits of forest resources.
