| 摘 要： | 智能制造代表制造业未来发展趋势,是实施中国制造业强国的主攻方向,也是钢铁工业转型发展建设钢铁强国的必由之路。通过对工业智能制造原理、钢铁智慧工厂构成、钢铁流程大数据和钢铁生产价值链重塑四个方面对钢铁企业智能制造进行描述,提出了钢铁企业智能制造的主要目的是实现生产流程间系统价值链的塑造,实现价值最大化。

| Abstract: | Smart manufacturing represents the future development trend of the manufacturing industry. It is the main direction of the implementation manufacturing strong country, and also the key way for the transformation and development of steel industry and building a strong country of steel industry. This paper describes the smart manufacturing of steel enterprises from four aspects, including the principle of smart manufacturing of steel industry, the structure of smart plant of steel industry, the big data of steel manufacturing process, and the trans-value chain remodeling of steel field, and proposes that the purpose of smart manufacturing of steel enterprises is to realize the shaping of value chain among processes, and realize the maximization of value. |
