| 摘 要： | 文章对某船右主机启动过程中,机带滑油泵不能正常建立滑油压力进行了分析,制定了针对性的排除故障措施,通过在机带滑油泵通舱管吸入口处安装吸入止回阀解决了滑油压力非正常下降的故障,实船应用证明措施合理,对同类故障排除有较好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes that the lubricating oil pressure can not be established normally in the starting process of a ship’s right marine diesel engine,and formulates the corresponding troubleshooting measures. By installing the suction check valve at the suction entrance of the through cabin pipe of the machine belt lubricating oil pump,the fault of abnormal decline of the lubricating oil pressure is solved. The actual ship application proves that the measures are reasonable and have a good reference significance for the troubleshooting of the same kind of faults. |
