| 摘 要： | 针对球壳的具体结构，分析了该类球形零件的拉深成形特点及其传统成形工艺，据此设计了正反拉深复合模，有效改善了薄料的成形性能，一次性完成了零件的拉深，保证了零件的尺寸及形状要求。
