大气等离子喷涂制备Al_2O_3阻氚渗透涂层研究

摘    要:在金属结构件上制备陶瓷阻氚渗透涂层是先进核反应堆的关键技术之一。本文采用大气等离子喷涂的方法在316L不锈钢上制备了Al2O3/NiCrAlY涂层,通过XRD、FESEM研究了Al2O3喷涂粉末和涂层特性,并对涂层的结合强度、阻氢渗透性能进行研究。实验结果表明:以α-Al2O3为主相的造粒粉末喷涂后,涂层沉积过程中产生部分γ-Al2O3;涂层体系各层界面结合良好,Al2O3层和NiCrAlY层之间的平均结合强度达到34.7MPa;600℃时Al2O3涂层的阻氢渗透因子为5065,氢渗透率降低3个数量级,Al2O3涂层具有良好的阻氢氚渗透效果。

Abstract:One of the key technologies for advanced nuclear reactor is to preparation of ceramic coating on the metal component for tritium permeation barrier. In this paper, Al2O3/NiCrAIY coatings were fabricated by air plasma spraying method on 316L stainless steel. The Al2O3 agglomerated powder and Al2O3 coating were characterized by XRD and FESEM. Also, the adhesion strength and hydrogen permeation properties of the coatings were tested. The experimental results showed that the Al2O3 agglomerated powder which was mainly with α-Al2O3 phase partly become to γ-Al2O3 in the spraying process. The interface of the coating system bonded well and the adhesion strength between the Al2O3 coating and NiCrAlY coating was 34.7MPa. The permeation reduction fact of Al2O3 coating at 600 ℃ was 5065, the hydrogen permeability was reduced by 3 orders of magnitude, which showed the prepared Al2O3 coating had excellent trititLrn resistance property.
