| 摘 要： | 素质教育要求教师在课堂教学中充分调动每一个学生的学习积极性,激发学生学习的兴趣,促进认知的内化,让学生主动地、生动活泼地发展。文章通过对自主探究式体育教学模式的研究,就如何在高职院校中为学生营造良好的体育学习环境,提高学生的运动能力进行了探讨,有助于提高学生创造性学习、解决问题和能适应将来的能力。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education requires teachers to transfer the learning initiative of each student in class,stimulate students＇ interest on learning and cognition,and promote students to develop lively and initiatively.This article,through studying the model of independent exploratory,researches the methods of building a good environment of physical education,improving students＇ exercise capacities,helping them increase the abilities of innovation,problems resolving and adaption. |
