| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新疆医科大学第五附属医院平均住院日(ALOS)的影响因素。方法采用灰色关联分析法对新疆医科大学第五附属医院2006～2011年ALOS影响因素进行分析。结果影响医院ALOS的因素其关联程度由强到弱依次为治愈好转率、出入院诊断符合率、抢救成功率、3日确诊率、病死率、病床周转次数、病床使用率、床位数。结论灰色关联分析法适用于多因素非线性的因素分析,其方法计算简单,排序明确,结果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence factors of the average length of stay(ALOS) in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Methods The influencing factors of ALOS in this hospital during 2006-2011 were analyzed by using the gray correlation analysis.Results The influence factors of ALOS in correlation degrees from strong to the weak were the cure and improvement rate,diagnostic coincidence rate of admission and discharge,rescue success rate,3 d diagnosis rate,mortality,hospital bed turn over frequency,bed utilization rate and bed number.Conclusion The gray correlation analysis method is applicable to multiple factors nonlinear factor analysis with simple calculation,definite sort and reliable results. |
