摘    要:"学分银行"是学分制的一种实现形式,学生的"客户"身份得到强化,学校和教师的服务地位更加明确,具有灵活、多样和容易进入时间和空间的优点,学生的学习积极性得到充分调动,实现教学资源共享,大大提高教育教学的效率。在一些地区、学校、社区和企业,积极探索构建人才成长"立交桥"。"学分银行"的推行需要对传统教育模式作较大范围的改革,它的有效实施,将有助于推进教育公平,改进教育服务,创建学习型社会,并推动高等教育学业管理制度的改革。

Abstract:As a form of the course credit system,the "course credit bank" intensifies the students’ identity as "clients" while the school and teachers provide the service.The advantages of the "course credit bank" include flexibility,versatility,and easy accessibility.The students are well motivated,the educational resources are adequately shared,and the teaching efficiency is substantially enhanced.An "overpass" for talents’ training is experimentally constructed in several regions,schools,communities and enterprises.The wide application of the "course credit bank" expects a large reform of the traditional education mode.An effective implementation enhances the equality in education,improves the service of education,creates a study-oriented society,and promotes the reform in the course management system of higher education.
